World Soil Day – 2020 Celebration at Shivanagere, MadhugiriTaluk, Tumakuru by KVK Hirehalli on 5th December 2020
World Soil Day Celebration was organized on 5th December, 2020 at Shivanagere village, MadhugiriTaluk by KVK, Hirehalli, Tumakuru.
About 50 farmers participated in the programme. 250 Soil Health Cards were distributed to farmers. 10 Soil Health Cards were symbolically handed over to farmers during the programme. Dr.Loganandhan.N, Principal Scientist & Head, Mr. Ramesh.P.R, SMS, Soil Science from KVK, Hirehalli and Mr. Anand, Director, AVISHKAR NGO were present in the programme and addressed farmers on the importance of soil health and soil conservation.
