Work Shop on Nutri Garden in collaboration with ICAR -ATARI, Zone XI, Bengaluru. The Programme Started with ICAR- Theme Song and IIHR Theme Song in presence of Dr. M.J.Chandregowda, Director ATART Zone XI 2019.
Dr. Loganandhan N., Head welcomed Dr. Chandre Gowda Director by giving the bouquet made out of greens grown in our KVK organic garden and share his experience of nutrition garden at campus. Dr. Chandregowda M.J., Director ATARI in his address stress about Nutri Garden importance in day to day life. Where there is imagination, sky is the limit for KVKs. During the day expert from UAS, Bengaluru Dr. Nirjanjan Murthy shared his experience of High Value and Nurti rich crops like Grain Amaranthus and Chia etc.,
Participants form KVKs of different parts of Karnataka,Home Science, Horticulture and Soil Science discipline took part in the programme and shared there impact of nurti garden and action plan for 2019-20.
