Web meeting with Minster of Agriculture at KVK Hirehalli on 13th June 2020
Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Sri BC Patil has agreed to interact with the Heads and other staff of KVKs on a web meeting. The programme was organised by the Director, ATARI on 13-06-20. All the KVKs of Karnataka took part in that. At the outset, Dr AK Singh, DDG (Extension) shared his ideas with reference to the KVKs. Then, Vice Chancellors of different SAUs presented their achievements. Later KVKs of Gadag and Tumkauru II shared their experience. At the end, Honourable Minister shared his opinion and suggestions to improve the role of KVKs in developing the farming community. The programme ended with the vote of thanks by the Director.
