Training on Millets Processing and Value Addition at Badavanahalli, Madugiri taluk on 5th February 2021
Training on Millets processing and value addition was conducted on 5thFebruary 2021 at Badavanahalli, Madhugiri taluk. This training programme was attended by 25 participants from Badvanahalli and surrounding villages. SMS (Home Science) initially explained about the Importance and nutritional benefits of millets in our diet. Later trainees were demonstrated on preparation of different value added products from millets (Ragi malt, Ragi and foxtail laddu, chakkuli, mixture, papad…etc.)
