Swachch Bharat Activity at ICAR-KVK, Hirehalli Campus on 30th September 2020
On 30th September 2020, a Swachch Bharat activity was arranged as a part of the Gandhi Jayanthi Celebrations at ICAR-KVK Hirehalli campus. All the staff and the labors of KVK participated in the programme. In the entire campus, the parthenium was completed eradicated by the staff. They also collected and disposed the plastic and other difficult to decomposable items in the campus. Later, other weeds and shrubs in and around the campus which are found to be unwanted were also removed using grass cutter and other tools. The campus got completely cleaned by the Swachch Bharat activity in line with the words of Mahatma Gandhiji.
