कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र और केंद्रीय बागवानी परीक्षण केंद्र, हिरेहल्ली में हिंदी कार्यशाला आयोजित
A Hindi Workshop on “Official Language Implementation : How & Why” organized at KVK, Hirehalli
कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र और केंद्रीय बागवानी परीक्षण केंद्र, हिरेहल्ली के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के परिसर में 19.08.2019 को “राजभाषा कार्यन्वयन: क्यों और कैसे” विषय पर एक हिंदी कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यशाला में व्याख्याता के रूप में भा.कृ.अनु.प.-भारतीय बागवानी अनुसंधान संस्थान के मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्री जी.जी. हरकंगी और सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) श्री ए.के. जगदीशन उपस्थित थे।
श्री जी.जी. हरकंगी ने कहा कि केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारी होने नाते हम सबका कर्तव्य होता है कि कार्यालयीन कार्य में केंद्र सरकार की राजभाषा हिंदी का भी प्रयोग किया जाए। केंद्रीय सरकारी कार्यालयों के साथ पत्राचार हिंदी में करें और हिंदी में प्राप्त पत्रों का उत्तर हिंदी में ही दें। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि हिंदी में हस्ताक्षर करें और छोटे-छोटे वाक्यों से शुरू करें तो आपको लगेगा कि हिंदी में काम करना आसान होता है। कार्यालयीन कार्य में हिंदी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने का कार्य किसी भी तरह के दण्ड से नहीं, बल्कि प्रेरणा एवं प्रोत्साहन से किया जाता है।
श्री जगदीशन ने राजभाषा के संवैधानिक प्रावधान, कैसे छोटे-छोटे वाक्यों से हिंदी में कार्य कर सकते हैं, हिंदी में कार्य करने के लिए क्या-क्या प्रोत्साहन योजनाएँ हैं आदि के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी साधनों का उपयोग करते हुए हिंदी में कैसे काम कर सकते हैं, इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। कंप्यूटर में हिंदी में आसानी से कैसे कार्य कर सकते हैं और वॉइस टाइपिंग कैसे की जाती है इनका भी व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। इसके साथ ही लीला हिंदी साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से स्वयं हिंदी सीखने का भी अभ्यास कराया गया।
इस अवसर पर डॉ. जी. करुणाकरन, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रभारी, केंद्रीय बागवानी परीक्षण केंद्र, हिरेहल्ली ने हिंदी से जुड़े अपने अनुभवों को साझा किया।
प्रतिभागियों की ओर से श्री संजीव केंगर ने बताया कि इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से प्रतिभागियों ने राजभाषा-कार्यान्वयन के बारे में कई बातें सीखी, जो उन्हें हिंदी में कार्य करने के लिए बहुत ही सहायक सिद्ध होंगी।
डॉ. एन. लोगानंदन, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं प्रभारी, कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र ने सदस्यों का स्वागत किया और श्री के.एन. जगदीश ने आभार माना और कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया।
A Hindi workshop on “Official Language Implementation : How & Why” was organized at ICAR-KVK, Hirehalli on 19.08.2019 for the staff members of KVK and CHES, Hirehalli. Shri G.G. Harakangi, Chief Administrative Officer and Shri A.K. Jagadeesan, Assistant Director (OL), ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bengaluru were the guest speakers.
Shri G.G. Harakangi said that as a Central Government employee, it is our duty to work in Hindi as it is the Official Language of the Central Government. Try to correspond in Hindi with central government offices and also reply should be given in Hindi only for the letters received in Hindi. He said that start to work in Hindi with small words and try to sign in Hindi. If you start with small words and sentences, you will feel that working in Hindi is easy. The promotion to use Hindi in official work is being done by encouragement and incentives not by any kind of punishments.
Shri Jagadeesan elaborated in detail on the constitutional provisions of Official Language, how can we work in Hindi with small sentences, what are the incentive schemes available for working in Hindi etc. He has also explained about how to use information technology tools to work in Hindi. Practical knowledge has been provided on how to work in Hindi on computer and also on voice typing. Along with he practically explained shown how we can learn Hindi through regional languages by using LILA Hindi Software.
Dr. G. Karunakaran, Principal Scientist & Incharge, CHES, Hirehalli shared his experiences with regard to Hindi.
From the participant side, Mr. Sanjeev Kenger opined that the participants were learnt various points with respect to the implementation of Official Language, which will be very much helpful for them to work in Hindi.
Dr. N. Loganandan N., Principal Scientist & Incharge, KVK, Hirehalli welcomed the guests and participants of the Hindi workshop and Mr. K.N. Jagadish, ACTO, KVK, Hirehalli proposed vote of thanks and compeered the programme.
